Leaderboard is excited to welcome a new member of the Market Research team, Kat Morris. As a new associate, Kat brings a deep level of knowledge in the research space.
Kat has been working in market research for the past 7 years and has experience in pharmaceutical name safety research. Her background includes B2C, B2B, and CX research, including brand satisfaction, customer satisfaction, creative assessments, name testing, and segmentation.
In addition to research, Kat also has experience with brand strategy, name strategy, creative strategy, and diversity & inclusion, including building internal D&I marketing materials and co-founding/co-facilitating an ERG (employee resource group) for Disabled & Chronically Ill employees. We are excited for Kat's contribution to our work as we continue to deliver best-in-class and innovative solutions to our clients.
